Skilled Nursing refers to the services and assistances done by nurses. These services and assistances are brought by registered nurses to the comfort of the patient’s home. These nurses are responsible for educating the family, the caregiver and the community on the circumstances of the patient. They also help assist in administering medications and therapies to continue the improvement or maintenance of the patient’s wellbeing.
